Last month's food drop included a large can of white meat chicken and a big bag of carrots. We had tomatoes and basil to eat from the garden. I made a chicken salad and used a huge tomato as a bowl. I set the tomato on a Swiss chard leaf, also from the garden. Hubby loves vegetables, so I cleaned and cut up two of the carrots and added a 9-grain rice packet. The chicken salad had diced celery, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise mixed into the meat.
