Our local Dillon's stores have been carrying this brand of salmon for $7.99. There are 4 salmon pieces in a vacuum sealed bag. They are in the chest freezers by the fresh fish counter. The two end pieces are a bit smaller and are sized for a regular meal. The two middle pieces are a bit thicker. We've been cutting the two middle pieces in half allowing for six servings instead of four. This makes it $1.33 a serving for each piece of fish.
The monthly food drop had sour cream, rice, canned vegetables, carrots, and yogurt. I use one of them mixed with salt, pepper, and rosemary as a topping for the fish. I also use some of the rice steamed, but plated with some of the broth from the sautéed fish drizzled into the rice. Plate with roasted carrots or a can of green beans.
